Terms and conditions

1. Bennetts Rewards allows third party providers (“Partners”) to promote offers which may include discounts or other offers on selected Partners products and services, on the Bennetts Rewards website (collectively known as “the Promotion”).
2. The Promotion is open to all customers of Bennetts who are registered for Bennetts Rewards, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 
3. You can register for Bennetts Rewards by completing the customer registration box on this page. To complete the registration, you must provide your Bennetts insurance policy number and create a user name and password to access Bennetts Rewards.  Only one Bennetts Rewards customer account can be registered per policy number.  You shall be responsible for the confidentiality and security of your Bennetts Rewards account, username and password and shall accept all responsibility in relation to the activities that occurs via your Bennetts Rewards account.
4.  The Promoter has carefully selected Partners which it believes offers Promotions on goods and services that would be of interest to customers however it has not carried out a detailed examination of the goods or services on promotion. The Promoter therefore provides no warranty or guarantee as to any Promotion, and/or the quality or specifications of the goods and/or services provided by the Partner. The customer shall make their own enquiries and investigations before accepting any Promotion or purchasing any goods or services from any Partner. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, costs, damage or injury suffered by you as a result of your participation in any Promotion.  Any dispute or complaint regarding any agreement for goods or services entered into with a Partner must be dealt with directly with the Partner. The Promoter, will not be held responsible for any disagreement concerning any Promotion or the quality of services or product provided by any Partner.
5. Terms and conditions apply to each individual Promotion featured. Please see details provided on the Bennetts Rewards web pages relating to each individual Promotion.
6. Should You choose to accept a Promotion, you may be required to enter into the Partner’s standard terms and conditions relating to the products and services to which such Promotion relates to. Any agreement for any products and services entered into as a result of the Promotion will be between you and the Partner. The Promoter shall not be involved in any such agreement and will not be a party to any contract or agreement between you and the Partner.  
7. The Promoter’s site may also contain links to websites operated by any Partner. The operation and content of any Partner websites shall be determined by the organisation which controls the website, and this will be governed by separate terms and conditions. Links are provided for convenience only and inclusion of any links should not be taken to imply endorsement in any way of the site to which it links. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of any other website.
8. Information and availability of any Promotions are subject to change without notice. Where any Promotion is due to change or end, the Promoter will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible as to the closing date or the date of any change, however, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend any Promotion details including price without notice.
9. All Partner Promotions will be subject to availability.
10. Any Promotions including any rewards or discount and/or vouchers are not for sale, resale or redeemable for cash.  
11. The Promoter gives no warranty that the Bennetts Rewards will be uninterrupted, secure or error free. The Promoter will not be liable if for any reason the Bennetts Rewards are unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time the Promoter may suspend or restrict access to Bennetts Rewards in order to carry out repairs, maintenance or to introduce new offers.     
12.  Governing Law – These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.

GOURMET SOCIETY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.  The prize draw is open to all Bennetts customers (except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw) who register on this Bennetts Rewards website by 15 April 2018.
2. 
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. 
All entries must be submitted via this website.  Only one entry per customer is permitted.
4. 
The opening date for entries is 12 March  2018. The prize draw will close at  11.59pm on 15 April 2018 in Great Britain. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. 
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. 
6. 
Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 17 April 2018 ("Draw Date").
7. 
There are 1,000 (one thousand) 12 month Gourmet Society memberships to be won.
8. 
The winners will be notified by email (using the email address on their policy) by 19 April 2018 and must reply to the email to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within two (2) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. 
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
11.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12.
The winners' names and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Bennetts, Worldwide House, Thorpe Wood, Peterborough, PE3 6SB.
13.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16.
Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

Winners who register for their Gourmet Society membership will then become a Gourmet Society Member. Membership will be subject to the terms & conditions of a membership agreement with Simard Ltd., trading as Gourmet Society, which can be found at: https://www.gourmetsociety.co.uk/terms_and_conditions.php
18. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

Neither the Promoter or Lock-in Marketing has any involvement in or is responsible for the quality of services provided by the participating restaurants/cinemas/partners, nor do they accept any liability for Gourmet Society's responsibilities under the membership agreement.  The contract for the Gourmet Society membership and use of the prize will be between the winners and Gourmet Society and any complaints or queries arising from use of the membership must be dealt with between the winners and Gourmet Society directly.  The Gourmet Society customer service team can be contacted on 0800 043 1978 4634 for any queries relating to the use of the prize.
20. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
